Industry 4.0 in according Design and Application of Production Machines
Serykh, Pavel ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of CNC manufacturing machines and their use in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0. The first part is a search of the current state in the field of the most frequently used CNC production machines in engineering according to their design and application. In the second part described principles, basic attributes and key technologies of Industry 4.0, defined concept. The last part is on top of the project conceptual workplace with CNC manufacturing machines in the premises of the technical high school VUTBR in accordance with the principles and tenets of Industry 4.0 and the evaluation of the results achieved.
Spot welding workplace automation
Chlup, Adam ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis made in collaboration with Norma Czech s.r.o. company deals with designing and implementing automated spot welding workplace. The first part of the bachelor thesis is describing current information and knowledge about clamping of weldments and its manipulation. Using the knowledge of welding jigs, a design of not only welding jig, but also of the entire welding workplace with automation elements is then made. This design is then implemented in practice with main goals to save as much as possible space in the production hall, increasing productivity and effectivity of workplace. Thanks to the application of the UR 5 robotic arm in work cell is productivity measured by number of pieces per people hour (PPH) increased by 96 %.
Design of the PLC program for robotic work cell controlling
Žalud, Štěpán ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compile a PLC control program of a robotic work cell together with the design and visualization of an HMI panel. The theoretical part deals with issues related to the automation of production cells and the integration of PLCs. In the practical part, get acquainted with the selected structure of the program and its key elements and the following presented visualization of the HMI panel. The work is supplemented by a file containing the compiled code and video demonstration function of the program.
Optimization of the technical-technological process of the mechanical workshop with partial robot design
Dlask, Vítek ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to optimize the production process of the mechanical workshop for the company KNORR - BREMSE Systémy pro užitková vozidla ČR, s.r.o. The objective is to shorten the secondary production time periods and reduce the production area for individual workplaces. After the analysis of the existing state of the mechanical workshop, production was optimized by replacing the machines with new ones supplemented by the automatic rebuilding of technological pallets and partial automation of the production process by using robotic workstations. The new solutions were then critically evaluated in the final part of the thesis. The thesis includes drawings of the new plan of the mechanical workshop and the individual robot workstations.
